Collection of Debt by Trustee; Trustee May Prove Debt. Solely with respect to the Notes, the first sentence of the first paragraph of Section 5.02 of the Base Indenture shall be amended as follows: (a) Clause (a) shall be amended by replacing the phrase “60 days” with “30 days” therein; and (b) Clause (b) shall be amended by deleting the phrase “, and such default shall have continued for a period of five days” therein.
