Common use of Collection of Distributions Clause in Contracts

Collection of Distributions. (a) It is acknowledged and agreed by the parties hereto that Lender shall have sole and exclusive possession of the Distributions and that this Agreement constitutes a present, absolute and current assignment of all the Distributions and is effective upon the execution and delivery hereof. Payments under or with respect to the Distributions shall be made as follows: (i) Assignor shall have no right to receive payments made under or with respect to the Distributions, and all such payments shall be delivered directly by the Company to Lender.
