Common use of Collection of Income and Other Payments Clause in Contracts

Collection of Income and Other Payments. (A) collect and receive for the account of each Portfolio, all income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments and similar items, included or to be included in the Property, and, in addition, promptly advise each Portfolio of such receipt and credit such income to each Portfolio's custodian account; (B) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money; (C) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio all securities received as a distribution on the Portfolio's securities as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any securities belonging to a Portfolio and held by PFPC Trust hereunder; (D) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities which may mature or be called, redeemed, retired or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become payable; and (E) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such income and other payments and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.

(A) collect and receive for the account of each Portfolio, all income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments and similar items, included or to be included in the PropertyProperty maintained in a particular Account hereunder, and, in addition, promptly advise each the Portfolio to which such Account relates of such receipt and credit such income to each Portfolio's custodian accountsuch Account; (B) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the Fundapplicable Portfolio, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money; (C) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio maintain in a particular Account hereunder all securities received as a distribution on the Portfolio's portfolio securities maintained in such Account as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any securities belonging to a Portfolio and held by PFPC Trust hereundersuch portfolio securities; (D) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities maintained in a particular Account hereunder which may mature or which may on a mandatory or involuntary basis be called, redeemed, retired or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become payable; and (E) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such income and other payments and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.

(A) collect and receive for the account of each PortfolioSeries, all income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments and similar items, included or to be included in the Property, and, in addition, promptly advise each Portfolio Series of such receipt and credit such income to each Portfolio's Series' custodian account; (B) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money; (C) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio Series all securities received as a distribution on the Portfolio's Series' securities as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any securities belonging to a Portfolio Series and held by PFPC Trust hereunder; (D) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities which may mature or be called, redeemed, retired or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become payable; and (E) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such income and other payments and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.

(A) collect and receive for the account of each Portfoliothe Investment Fund, all income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments and similar items, included or to be included in the Property, and, in addition, promptly advise each Portfolio the Investment Fund of such receipt and credit such income to each Portfoliothe Investment Fund's custodian account; (B) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the Investment Fund, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money; (C) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio the Investment Fund all securities Property received as a distribution on the PortfolioInvestment Fund's securities Property as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any securities Property belonging to a Portfolio the Investment Fund and held by PFPC Trust hereunder; (D) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities Property which may mature or be called, redeemed, retired retired, or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become Property becomes payable; and (E) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such income and other payments and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.

(A) collect and receive for the account of each Portfoliothe Fund, all income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments and similar items, included or to be included in the Property, and, in addition, promptly advise each Portfolio the Fund of such receipt and credit such income to each Portfoliothe Fund's custodian account; (B) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money; (C) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio the Fund all securities received as a distribution on the PortfolioFund's securities as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any securities belonging to a Portfolio the Fund and held by PFPC Trust hereunder; (D) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities which may mature or be called, redeemed, retired or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become payable; and (E) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such the aforementioned income and other payments and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.

(A) collect and receive for the account of each Portfolio, all income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments and similar items, included or to be included in the Property, and, in addition, promptly advise each Portfolio of such receipt and credit such income income, as collected, to each Portfolio's custodian account; (B) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money; (C) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio all securities received as a distribution on the Portfolio's securities as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up split or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any securities belonging to a Portfolio and held by PFPC Trust PNC Bank hereunder; (D) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities which may mature or be called, redeemed, retired or retired, or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become payable; and (E) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such income and other payments and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.

(A) collect and receive for the account of each PortfolioSeries, all income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments and similar items, included or to be included in the Property, and, in addition, promptly advise each Portfolio Series of such receipt and credit such income to each Portfolio's Series’ custodian account; (B) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money; (C) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio Series all securities received as a distribution on the Portfolio's Series’ securities as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any securities belonging to a Portfolio Series and held by PFPC Trust hereunder; (D) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities which may mature or be called, redeemed, retired or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become payable; and (E) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such income and other payments and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.

(A) collect and receive for the account of each PortfolioFund, all income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments and similar items, included or to be included in the Property, and, in addition, promptly advise each Portfolio Fund of such receipt and credit such income to each PortfolioFund's custodian account; (B) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the FundTrust, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money; (C) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio Fund all securities received as a distribution on the PortfolioFund's securities as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any securities belonging to a Portfolio Fund and held by PFPC Trust hereunder; (D) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities which may mature or be be, on a mandatory basis, called, redeemed, retired or retired, or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become payable; and (E) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such income and other payments and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.

Collection of Income and Other Payments. Provident shall: (Ai) collect and receive for the account of each Portfoliothe Fund, all incomeincome and other payments and distributions, including (without limitation) stock dividends, distributionsrights, coupons, option premiums, other payments warrants and similar items, included or to be included in the Property, and, in addition, and shall promptly advise each Portfolio the Fund of such receipt and credit such income to each Portfolio's custodian account;such (Bii) endorse and deposit for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of moneymoney on the same day as received; (Ciii) receive and hold for the account of each Portfolio the Fund all securities received as a distribution on the Portfolio's portfolio securities of the Fund as a result of a stock dividend, share split-up or reorganization, recapitalization, readjustment or other rearrangement or distribution of rights or similar securities issued with respect to any portfolio securities belonging to a Portfolio and of the Fund held by PFPC Trust Provident hereunder; (Div) present for payment and collect the amount payable upon all securities which may mature or be called, redeemed, retired or retired, or otherwise become payable (on a mandatory basis) on the date such securities become payable; and (Ev) take any action which may be necessary and proper in connection with the collection and receipt of such income income, payments and other payments Property and the endorsement for collection of checks, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.
