Common use of Collection of Money Clause in Contracts

Collection of Money. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Indenture Trustee may demand payment or delivery of all money and other property payable to or receivable by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Agreement, including all payments due on the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the respective terms and conditions of such Mortgage Loans and required to be paid over to the Indenture Trustee by the Servicer. The Indenture Trustee shall hold all such money and property received by it, as part of the Trust Estate and shall apply it as provided in the Indenture.

Collection of Money. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Indenture Trustee may demand payment or delivery of all money and other property payable to or receivable by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Agreement, including (a) all payments due on the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the respective terms and conditions of such Mortgage Loans and required to be paid over to the Indenture Trustee by the Servicer. The Indenture Trustee shall hold all such money Servicer or by any Subservicer and property received by it, as part of the Trust Estate and shall apply it as provided in the Indenture.(b)
