Collection of Mortgage Loan Payments; Limitations on Changes. Each Direct Servicer will make reasonable efforts to collect all payments required under the terms and provisions of the Mortgage Documents, as more particularly provided in this Section 5.3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Accepted Servicing Practices or otherwise, neither the Master Servicer nor a Direct Servicer will be required to pursue a deficiency judgment, although nothing in this Trust Agreement will preclude the Master Servicer from directing a Direct Servicer to do so.
