COLLECTION OF OUTSTANDING AMOUNTS DUE. For the purpose of collecting any sums for which the Cardholder is indebted to the Bank on the Account, the Cardholder hereby authorises the Bank to seek the assistance of third parties including but not limited to debt collectors and to disclose to such parties information on the Account.
