Common use of Collection of Payments Clause in Contracts

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses due under this Agreement by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 00-000-000 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interestprincipal, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under this Agreement each Credit by charging BorrowerXxxxxxxx's demand deposit account number 004159-000-000 583848 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency `shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses due under this Agreement by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 00-000-000 97005214 with Bank, or any other demand deposit xxxxxx xeposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under this Agreement hereunder by charging BorrowerXxxxxxxx's demand deposit account number 004187-000-000 516166 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by any Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interestprincipal, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under as of the date of this Agreement or otherwise under the Line of Credit by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 004159-000-000 539352 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under this Agreement the Line of Credit (the "Credit") by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 00-000-000 4600183859 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower."
