Common use of Collection of Payments Clause in Contracts

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s deposit account number with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto the Line of Credit by charging debiting Borrower’s deposit account number *** with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal and interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s deposit account number 4169-538501 with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto this Agreement by charging Borrower’s deposit account number with Bank[ ], or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging debiting Borrower’s deposit account number 4121758262 with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging either (i) Borrower’s 's deposit account number 3846732703 with Bank, (ii) the Dividend Account, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s deposit account number ______________ with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.”

Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging debiting Borrower’s deposit account number 4159624063 with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.”

Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s 's deposit account number 4121052344 with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank (other than any financial aid trust account maintained by Borrower with Bank), for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s 's deposit account number 4050003334 with Bank, Bank or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account accounts to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto the Line of Credit by charging Borrower’s deposit account number 4945088771 with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bankwith, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.”

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees whenever due under each credit subject hereto the Line of Credit by charging Borrower’s deposit account number with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s 's deposit account number 415-9624063 with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Borrowxx xxxx Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s deposit account number with Bank, account number listed under the heading Section 1.3 on Schedule A hereto, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s deposit account number 4121228985 with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest and fees due under each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower’s deposit account number XXXXX with Bank, or any other deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.
