Collection of Production Revenues and Other Revenues. The Grantor shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the payment of Production Revenues and Other Revenues, excluding Production Revenues from the Royalty Share of Production that the Royalty Owner took in kind. Provided that the Grantor makes such commercially reasonable efforts, the Grantor shall have no liability to the Royalty Owner respecting such revenues in the event that the Grantor fails to collect same.
