Collection of Products. a) Save for where Product is to be delivered to the Buyer by the Seller, the Buyer shall collect, from the Collection Terminal, the Products nominated in each PO: (i) within the timelines set out in the PO; or (ii) in the absence of the same being set out in the PO, within the timeframe set out in the Seller’s PFI.
