Collection of Receivable Payments; Extensions, Rebates and Adjustments on Receivables. The Servicer will make reasonable efforts to collect all payments due under the terms of the Receivables. The Servicer may waive any late payment charge or any other fees that may be collected in the ordinary course of servicing a Receivable and may grant extensions, refunds, rebates or adjustments with respect to any Receivable or amend any Receivable, in each case in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy, except that if the Servicer (i) grants payment extensions on a Receivable that extend the final payment date of the Receivable more than six months past the last original scheduled payment date of any Receivable in the securitized pool, (ii) modifies the Amount Financed under a Receivable, (iii) modifies the APR of a Receivable, or (iv) increases the number of originally scheduled due dates of the Receivable, it will purchase the Receivable in the manner provided in Section 3.2, unless it is required to take such action under law or pursuant to a court order.
