Collection of Receivable Payments; Modification and Amendment of Receivables; Lockbox Agreements. (a) Consistent with and subject to the standards, policies and procedures required by this Agreement, the Servicer shall collect all payments called for under the terms and provisions of the Contracts related to the Pledged Receivables (and the terms and provisions of any documents related thereto) as and when the same shall become due and shall follow such collection procedures with respect to the Pledged Receivables and the related Contracts and Insurance Policies as will, in the reasonable judgment of the Servicer, maximize the amount to be received by the Borrower and the Lender with respect thereto.
