Collection of Receivable Payments. The Servicer shall make reasonable efforts to collect all payments called for under the terms and provisions of the Receivables as and when the same shall become due in accordance with its Customary Servicing Practices. Except for Advances made pursuant to Section 5.04, there are no requirements under the Basic Documents for advances of funds or guarantees regarding collections, cash flows or distributions.
