Common use of COLLECTION OF RECEIVABLES BY THE ASSIGNOR Clause in Contracts

COLLECTION OF RECEIVABLES BY THE ASSIGNOR. At all times while no Enforcement Event is continuing, the Assignor is authorised by the Collateral Agent to collect the Receivables (ermächtigt zur Einziehung) in its own name and for its own account and to dispose of, and exercise any rights and claims in relation to, the Receivables in accordance with the terms of the Principal Finance Documents (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the disposal of the Receivables in connection with any factoring arrangement which is permitted under the Principal Finance Documents). The Collateral Agent may revoke the Authorisation at any time if an Enforcement Event has occurred and is continuing, except with respect to the disposal of Receivables that are subject to any factoring arrangements that are permitted at that time pursuant to the Principal Finance Documents.
