Common use of Collection of Rights to Payment Clause in Contracts

Collection of Rights to Payment. Secured Party shall have the right at any time (i) to notify the Account Debtors to make payments directly to Secured Party or a lockbox account as set forth in clause (iii) of this Section 7, (ii) to enforce Debtor’s rights against the Account Debtors, and (iii) to require that all payments made by Account Debtors be deposited directly into a lockbox account as Secured Party may specify, pursuant to a lockbox agreement in form and substance satisfactory to Secured Party, with a lockbox servicing Secured Party acceptable to Secured Party.
