Collection of Rights to Payment. Guarantor or its agents shall endeavor in the first instance to collect all amounts due or to become due on or with respect to the Rights to Payment. At the request of Bank after the occurrence of an Event of Default, all remittances received by Guarantor shall be held in trust for Bank, and, in accordance with Bank's instructions, remitted to Bank or deposited to an account with Bank in the form received (with any necessary endorsements or instruments of assignment or transfer).
