Collection of the Collateral. The Collateral Agent shall have the right to collect all proceeds of the Collateral, to pay all expenses of such collection, including the reasonable expenses and compensation of the Collateral Agent, its agents and attorneys, and to apply the remainder of the moneys so received as provided herein.
