Collection of your Personal Information. You acknowledge that, to provide our service to you, we must collect your Personal Information. If you refuse or fail to provide any requested information, we may not be able to process any Transaction/s for you. We may also ask you, to provide Personal Information of Beneficial Owners. When you give us Personal Information of Beneficial Owners, you represent that you are authorised to do so and agree to inform any Beneficial Owners of the contents of this clause 13 and our Privacy Policy as it relates to them.
