Collection Report. (i) On each Weekly Reporting Date and (ii) concurrently with each request by the Seller for a return of payments received by the Buyer that do not represent Collections on Purchased Receivables or Related Security in accordance with Section 4(d), the Servicer shall provide to the Buyer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Buyer, a full reconciliation of all Collections and adjustments (including repurchases thereof, Servicer Incentive Fees, indemnifications and setoffs with respect thereto, if any) with respect to each Purchased Receivable and Related Security of an Account Debtor for which Collections were received (each, a “Collection Report”).

Collection Report. The Company shall, by not later than the 15th Business Day after the completion of each Reporting Period, provide to each Trustee (for the Indenture Trustee to deliver to each Noteholder) and each Rating Agency: (i) a report (a “Collection Report”) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E containing: (A) any necessary calculations relating to the Collection Ratio and (B) the date(s) by which continuation statements to the Uniform Commercial Code financing statements described in Section 4.1(k)(i)(C) need to be filed in order to avoid the lapse of such financing statements and (ii) an Officer’s Certificate addressed to each Trustee verifying the accuracy of such report and stating that no Default or Unmatured Default occurred during the Reporting Period or, if one or more occurred, specifying each such event and what actions have been taken and/or will be taken with respect to each such event. Concurrently with or shortly before the delivery of any Collection Report, the Company shall file a Spanish translation thereof with the CNV or make it available on the Company’s website.

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports. B. The signed, dated and certified Monthly Report must be submitted, in the Department- approved format, within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation.

  • Annual Servicing Report By the date in each year specified in the Adoption Annex, beginning on the date specified in the Adoption Annex, the Master Servicer, at its expense, shall cause a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to the Master Servicer) to furnish a report to the Indenture Trustee, the Credit Enhancer, and each Rating Agency to the effect that the firm has examined certain documents and records relating to the servicing of mortgage loans during the most recent fiscal year then ended under sale and servicing agreements or pooling and servicing agreements (substantially similar to this Agreement, including this Agreement), that the examination was conducted substantially in compliance with the audit guide for audits of non-supervised mortgagees approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for use by independent public accountants (to the extent that the procedures in the audit guide are applicable to the servicing obligations in those agreements), and that the examination has disclosed no items of noncompliance with this Agreement that, in the opinion of the firm, are material, except for the items of noncompliance described in the report.

  • Transaction Reports Subadviser shall provide Investment Manager a daily trade file with information relating to all transactions concerning the allocated portion of the Fund’s assets for which Subadviser is responsible and shall provide Investment Manager with such other information regarding the Fund upon Investment Manager’s reasonable request. Subadviser shall affirm or send a trade file of these transactions as instruction to the custodian of the Fund.

  • Reports to the Trustee; Collection Account Statements Not later than twenty days after each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall forward, upon request, to the Trustee and the Depositor the most current available bank statement for the Collection Account. Copies of such statement shall be provided by the Trustee to any Certificateholder and to any Person identified to the Trustee as a prospective transferee of a Certificate, upon request at the expense of the requesting party, provided such statement is delivered by the Servicer to the Trustee.

  • Monthly Reports No later than 10:00 a.m., Chicago, Illinois time, two Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustees and each Rating Agency a Monthly Report.

  • Evaluation Report The state must provide a narrative summary of the evaluation design, status (including evaluation activities and findings to date), and plans for evaluation activities during the extension period. The narrative is to include, but not be limited to, describing the hypotheses being tested and any results available.

  • Administration; Reports The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trust Collateral Agent generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.

  • Liquidation Reports Upon the foreclosure sale of any Mortgaged Property or the acquisition thereof by the Purchaser pursuant to a deed in lieu of foreclosure, the Company shall submit to the Purchaser a liquidation report with respect to such Mortgaged Property.

  • Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.

  • Servicer Compliance Statement On or before March 1 of each calendar year, commencing in 2007, the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner and any Depositor a statement of compliance addressed to the Owner and such Depositor and signed by an authorized officer of the Servicer, to the effect that (i) a review of the Servicer’s activities during the immediately preceding calendar year (or applicable portion thereof) and of its performance under this Agreement and any applicable Reconstitution Agreement during such period has been made under such officer’s supervision, and (ii) to the best of such officers’ knowledge, based on such review, the Servicer has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement and any applicable Reconstitution Agreement in all material respects throughout such calendar year (or applicable portion thereof) or, if there has been a failure to fulfill any such obligation in any material respect, specifically identifying each such failure known to such officer and the nature and the status thereof.
