Collection & Reporting of Delinquent Loans. We reserve the right to report loan payment delinquencies at or in excess of 30 days to one or more consumer reporting agencies in accordance with applicable law. You agree to pay all costs of collecting any delinquent payments, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, as permitted by applicable law.
