Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(a) or (2b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premiumpremium on, if any, and interest interest, if any, remaining unpaid on on, the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, compensation of the Trustee and the reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel, in each case as set forth in Section 7.07 hereof.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.1(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal (and premium, if any) and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(17.01(a) or (2b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover a judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Issuers for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, premium and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(a)(i) or (2ii) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Issuers and the Guarantors for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01 (a) or (2b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes then due and owing (together with interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest interest) and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company and any other obligor on the Notes for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and Notes, together with interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements fees and advances expenses of the Trustee, Trustee and its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Issuers for the whole amount of principal of, premiumor premium or interest, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including collection and the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, Trustee and its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee Trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premiumpremium and Additional Interest, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on on, the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.1 (a) or (2b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes Securities and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(15.01(a) or (2b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Suburban Propane for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, premium and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Issuers for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, compensation of the Trustee and the reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel, in each case as set forth in Section 7.07 hereof.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(18.1(a) or (2b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes Securities and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, and interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and and, to the extent lawful, expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee Trustee of an express trust against the Issuer and each Guarantor for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.1(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Issuers for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, premium and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(15.01(1) or (2) hereof with respect to any series of the Securities occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Issuers for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes Securities of that series and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(18.01(a) or (2b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes Securities and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, and interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and and, to the extent lawful, expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premiumof and premium and interest and Additional Interest, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(a) or (2Section 6.01(b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover a judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Issuers for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, premium and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(i) or (2ii) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(1clause (1) or (2) of Section 6.01(a) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer for the whole amount of principal ofprincipal, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee Trustee of an express trust against the Issuer for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, premium and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01(1) or (2) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its the Collateral Agent and their respective agents and counselcounsel to the extent required to be paid under Section 7.07 hereof.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(a)(16.01 (a) or (2b) hereof occurs and is continuing, the Trustee is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Issuer Company for the whole amount of principal of, premium, if any, and interest remaining unpaid on on, the Notes and interest on overdue principal and, to the extent lawful, interest and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel.
