Collection Vehicle Clause Samples
Collection Vehicle. A licensed vehicle that is approved by the Agreement Administrator for use by Contractor for the collection and hauling of Solid Waste.
Collection Vehicle. A licensed vehicle that has all required licenses to provide Collection 254 Service and that has been approved by the Agreement Administrator for use under this Agreement.
Collection Vehicle. Any vehicle licensed and inspected as required by the state and county and approved by the City for solid waste collection within the corporate boundaries of the City.
Collection Vehicle. Any vehicle approved in writing by the City for collection of recyclable and compostable materials within the corporate limits of the City and that bears signage approved by the city. Leaves, grass, yard trimmings, tree limbs of less than 4" diameter and other organic yard materials. An 18 gallon recycling container, or a compost container, of the type specifically approved by the City for use by the Contractor. Materials which, by virtue of their not meeting the recyclable material preparation standards, are not marketable and cannot be easily made marketable by the Contractor. Person or persons authorized by the City to perform recycling and composting collection services within the City of Overland Park.
Collection Vehicle. Contractor will collect Residential Unit Single Stream Materials using a recyclables truck. To the extent possible, all Live Oak recycling materials will be kept separate from others.
Collection Vehicle. Otter Tail County, as owner and operator of the mobile unit, is responsible for maintaining the collection vehicle in working order and in compliance with state and federal rules and regulations. Otter Tail County will be responsible for liability and physical damage insurance coverage on the collection vehicle. Otter Tail County will only use appropriately licensed drivers with the necessary hazardous materials endorsements for the operation of the collection vehicle.
