Collections by Lead Lender. (a) Lead Lender shall have the right to collect from Borrower all installments of principal and interest due and owing on the Loan, together with fees, premiums and any and all other amounts due on or in connection with the Loan, as more fully set forth in the Note and other Loan Documents.
