Collections by Sub-Administrative Agent. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Series Supplement, in the event a Sub-Administrative Agent is administering one or more Underlying Securities pursuant to a Sub-Administration Agreement, the Sub-Administrative Agent shall be required to immediately direct the Trustee to deposit into an Eligible Account established by such Sub-Administrative Agent (a “Sub-Administration Account”) any amounts collected with respect thereto, and not later than the Business Day after receipt thereof, all such amounts shall be deposited into the related Certificate Account.
