Collections; Other Rights. (a) Except as provided herein, Grantor may receive all cash interest, dividends and distributions paid in respect of the Collateral, and to exercise all voting rights with respect to the Collateral; provided, however, that no vote shall be cast or right exercised or other action taken which, in Secured Party’s reasonable judgment, would impair the Collateral or which would be inconsistent with or result in any violation of any provision of this Agreement or any other relating document.
