Collective Agreements, Industrial Payments and Disputes. (a) No Group Company is liable to pay any industrial levy nor has it any outstanding undischarged liability to pay any governmental or regulatory authority in any jurisdiction any Taxation, contribution or other impost arising in connection with the employment or engagement by the Group Company of any current or former Employees, Directors or Consultants other than, in the UK, PAYE in respect of Employees and Directors and VAT in respect of Consultants registered for VAT.
