Common use of Collective Bargaining Agreements, Employment Agreements and Employee Relations Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining Agreements, Employment Agreements and Employee Relations. (a) Except as set forth on Schedule 3.22(a), none of the Companies has in effect any collective bargaining agreement or employment agreement which is not terminable at will in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which it operates. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.22(a), there are no disputes currently subject to any grievance procedure, arbitration or litigation under such collective bargaining agreements or employment agreements nor is there any default under any such agreements, by any of the Companies or to the knowledge of the Company, any other party thereto.
