Collective Management Societies. The Parties recognise the importance of collective management societies for copyright and related rights, in order to ensure an effective management of the rights entrusted to them, as well as an equitable distribution of remunerations collected, which are proportional to the utilization of the works, performances or phonograms, in a context of transparency and good management practices, according to the domestic legislation of each Party.
