Collectively, MCRC Sample Clauses

The 'Collectively, MCRC' clause defines how the term 'MCRC' will be used throughout the agreement to refer to multiple parties or entities as a single group. In practice, this clause clarifies that whenever 'MCRC' is mentioned, it encompasses all specified members or organizations included under that collective term. This ensures consistency and avoids ambiguity in the contract by making it clear that obligations, rights, or references to 'MCRC' apply to the entire group rather than to individual members.
