College Operations. CONTRACTOR shall anticipate and take all necessary and reasonable measures to minimize and control dust and noise that might interfere with the use or enjoyment of the Site by the DISTRICT and the College’s students, staff and visitors. The CONTRACTOR shall familiarize itself with the activities of the College, including, without limitation, campus functions and ceremonies and plan the Work so as to avoid interferences or disturbances therewith. The CONTRACTOR shall enclose the working area with a substantial barricade and arrange the Work to cause minimum amount of inconvenience and danger to students, faculty, staff and visitors.
College Operations. Design-Build Entity shall anticipate and take all necessary and reasonable measures to minimize and control dust and noise that might interfere with the use or enjoyment of the Site by the District and the College’s students, staff and visitors. The Design-Build Entity shall familiarize itself with the activities of the College, including, without limitation, campus functions and ceremonies and plan the Work so as to avoid interferences or disturbances therewith.

Related to College Operations

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Health Care Operations “Health Care Operations” shall have the same meaning as the term “health care operations” in 45 CFR §164.501.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations.
