Collocation Rates Generally. A.1 The Settlement Parties agree to file, and affirmatively to support, a Joint Petition to the Commission for approval of this Agreement and tariff language reflecting the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit 1 within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement.
