Common use of Combating cybercrime Clause in Contracts

Combating cybercrime. 1. The Parties shall strengthen cooperation to prevent and combat high-technology, cyber- and electronic crimes and the distribution of illegal content, including terrorist content, via the internet, through exchanging information and practical experiences in compliance with their national legislation and international human rights obligations, within the limits of their responsibility. 2. The Parties shall exchange information in the fields of the education and training of cybercrime investigators, the investigation of cybercrime and digital forensic science. 3. The Parties shall promote the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime as the global standard against cybercrime at all appropriate levels.
