Common use of Combination of Shares Clause in Contracts

Combination of Shares. If the number of Shares outstanding at any time after the date hereof is decreased by a combination of the outstanding Shares, the Exercise Price shall be appropriately increased and the number of Shares for which this Warrant is exercisable, if any, shall be appropriately decreased in proportion to such decrease in outstanding shares. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in any such case, the aggregate purchase price payable by Holder for the total number of Shares (as adjusted) shall remain the same.
