Common use of Combination or Subdivision of Shares Clause in Contracts

Combination or Subdivision of Shares. If the Company at any time while this Warrant remains outstanding and unexpired shall combine its outstanding shares of common stock, the number of shares purchasable shall be proportionally decreased and the Exercise Price proportionally increased effective concurrently with such combination. In the case of a subdivision, the number of shares purchasable shall be proportionally increased and the Exercise Price proportionally decreased effective concurrently with such subdivision.
