Common use of Combinations, Commingling, and Conversions Clause in Contracts

Combinations, Commingling, and Conversions. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall be obligated to provide Combinations, Commingling and Conversions only to the extent provision of such Combinations, Commingling and Conversions are required by the Federal Unbundling Rules. To the extent Verizon is required by the Federal Unbundling Rules to provide Combinations, Commingling and Conversions to Selectel, Verizon shall provide such Combinations, Commingling and Conversions in accordance with the terms, conditions and prices for such Combinations, Commingling and Conversions as provided in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Combinations, Commingling and Conversions, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective.

Combinations, Commingling, and Conversions. To the extent Verizon is required by the Federal Unbundling Rules to provide Combinations, Commingling and Conversions to SelectelBandwidth, Verizon shall provide such Combinations, Commingling and Conversions in accordance with the terms, conditions and prices for such Combinations, Commingling and Conversions as provided in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Combinations, Commingling and Conversions, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective.
