Common use of Combined Allocations Clause in Contracts

Combined Allocations. 12 Husbands and wives, who are both members in this bargaining unit, may combine their employer’s 13 contribution to pay for their selected benefits. 15 Husbands and wives, who are both employees of the district, but are in different bargaining units, may 16 choose to combine their district contributions to cover the cost of the insurance options they select.
