COMCOR-TV shall have obtained from the appropriate Governmental Authority (i) renewal for its License for the provision of TV and sound programs transmission services through cable TV network (license number 12939), (ii) renewal for its License for the provision of telematic services (license number 12675), (iii) renewal its License for the provision of data transmission services (license number 12651) and (iv) a license for broadcasting over the MFON (collectively, the "CCTV Licenses").
