Coming Into Effect. This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Original Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the time that it is reconfirmed by resolution passed by a majority of the votes cast by holders of Voting Shares of the Corporation who vote in respect of such reconfirmation of this Agreement at the annual and special meeting of the Corporation’s shareholders to be held on May 12, 2011 or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
Coming Into Effect. This Agreement shall come into effect on the day of signature by the representatives of the two sides.
Coming Into Effect. This Agreement is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the Effective Date.
Coming Into Effect. This Agreement replaces and supercedes the Amended and Restated Rights Plan Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the date hereof.
Coming Into Effect. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until completion of decommissioning of the Site C Project and its Operation, unless terminated under 3.3 or 22.2.

This Agreement is effective from the date hereof (the "Effective Date") At the first meeting of holders of Voting Shares of the Company following the Effective Date, to take place not later than October 9, 2002, the Company shall request confirmation of this Agreement by the holders of its Voting Shares. If this Agreement is not confirmed by a majority of the votes cast by holders of Voting Shares who vote in respect of confirmation of this Agreement at such meeting as well as by any other requisite majority of shareholders as required any governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Company, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, The Toronto Stock Exchange, then this Agreement and all outstanding Rights shall terminate and be void and of no further force and effect on and from the close of business on the date of termination of such meeting.
Coming Into Effect. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the 2018 Amended and Restated Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms immediately prior to the Effective Time, provided that, for greater certainty, if the Effective Time does not occur this Agreement shall be of no force or effect.
Coming Into Effect. 1. This Agreement shall become effective immediately upon the signature of two or more States’ or Provinces’ Governors or Premiers; thereafter, this Agreement shall become effective for any other State or Province upon the signature of its Governor or Premier.
2. This Agreement shall be executed in English and in French, all texts being equally authentic in as many counterparts as may be deemed necessary and convenient and when so executed shall be deemed as an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute but one and the same instrument.
3. The Council of the Great Lakes Governors is the Depositary of this Agreement. As Depositary, the Council of Great Lakes Governors shall:
a. Inform all Parties of each new signature of the Agreement by the Governor or Premier and the date of the coming into effect for each Party; and,
b. Transmit signed copies of this Agreement in French and English to all Parties.
Coming Into Effect. The Alliance for the National Decade will become effective on its adoption at the first joint decade conference on November 28th-29th, 2016.
