Common use of Coming Into Effect Clause in Contracts

Coming Into Effect. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the 2012 Amended and Restated Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the reconfirmation by resolution passed by a majority of greater than 50% of the votes cast by all holders of Voting Shares of the Corporation who voted in respect of reconfirmation of this Agreement at the annual meeting of the Corporation’s shareholders held on [April 25], 2018 or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

Coming Into Effect. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the 2012 First 2021 Amended and Restated Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the reconfirmation by resolution passed by a majority of greater than 50% of the votes cast by all holders of Voting Shares of the Corporation who voted in respect of reconfirmation of this Agreement at the annual meeting of the Corporation’s 's shareholders held on [April 25●], 2018 2021 or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

This Agreement replaces and supersedes the 2012 Second 2021 Amended and Restated Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the reconfirmation by resolution passed by a majority of greater than 50% of the votes cast by all holders of Voting Shares of the Corporation who voted in respect of reconfirmation of this Agreement at the annual meeting of the Corporation’s shareholders held on [April 25]May 1, 2018 2024 or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

This Agreement replaces amends and supersedes restates in its entirety the 2012 Amended and Restated Original Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the reconfirmation time that it is reconfirmed by resolution passed by a majority of greater than 50% of the votes cast by all holders of Voting Shares of the Corporation who voted vote in respect of such reconfirmation of this Agreement at the annual and special meeting of the Corporation’s shareholders to be held on [April 25]May 12, 2018 2011 or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

This Agreement replaces and supersedes the 2012 Second 2021 Amended and Restated Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the reconfirmation by resolution passed by a majority of greater than 50% of the votes cast by all holders of Voting Shares of the Corporation who voted in respect of reconfirmation of this Agreement at the annual meeting of the Corporation’s shareholders held on [April 25May 1], 2018 2024 or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

This Agreement replaces and supersedes the 2012 Amended and Restated Original Agreement and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the reconfirmation by resolution passed by a majority of greater than 50% 50 percent of the votes cast by all holders of Voting Shares of the Corporation who voted vote in respect of reconfirmation of this Agreement at the annual and special meeting of the Corporation’s 's shareholders held on [April 25]28, 2018 2004 or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

Coming Into Effect. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the 2012 Amended and Restated Agreement Original Plan and is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the reconfirmation by resolution passed by at least a majority of greater than 50% of the votes cast by all holders of Voting Shares of the Corporation Independent Shareholders who voted vote, in person or by proxy, in respect of the reconfirmation of this Agreement at the annual meeting of the Corporation’s 's shareholders held on [April 25]May 9, 2018 2024 or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
