COMING INTO FORCE. TERM 3.1. The Contract shall come into force once the Supplier has acknowledged receipt of the Order signed by the Purchaser. The Supplier undertakes to return to the Purchaser, the acknowledgement of receipt of the Order within eight (8) calendar days of the receipt thereof whether byelectronicmeansor otherwise. However, andif notreturnedwithin this period, the Contract shall be considered to have been concluded based on the preliminary discussions. 3.2. Any start of performance of the Contract and especially the fact of proceeding to the design, manufacture, delivery, invoice or supply of Goods and/or Services, shall be construed as definitive acceptance of the terms and conditions of all the documents stated in Article 2.1. 3.3. Unless stated otherwise in the Contract, the date of coming into force thereof shall constitute thestartingpointfor theperformancetimebythe Supplierofitsobligations under the Contract. 3.4. COMING INTO FORCE. This Agreement shall come into force on the date of its signature but the rights and obligations of the Borrower hereunder may be terminated by written notice from the Borrower to the Agent, such notice to be received not later than sixty (60) days prior to the Intended Delivery Date. Following service of such notice (which shall be irrevocable), the Borrower shall have no further right to draw down the Loan and the Borrower shall have no further obligations under this Agreement save in respect of fees, costs and expenses incurred under or in respect of this Agreement on or before the date on which the notice becomes effective or as a result of the service of the notice. This Agreement shall be treated as coming into force from the deposit of the ratification document by the second Member State at the General Secretariat of the GCC. 2. Each Member State shall take the necessary internal procedures to issue a Local Law to implement the provisions of this Agreement, including setting the policies and procedures necessary for the implementation of the Tax in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.. 3. Each Member State that has not implemented its Local Law shall remain outside the scope of implementation of this Agreement until such Local Law becomes effective..
COMING INTO FORCE. The parties agree that prior to execution of this Agreement, the following must occur: (a) this Agreement and the Trust Agreement must be ratified by an affirmative vote of the majority of the Members of the Band eligible to vote, with such ratification vote to be conducted in accordance with the procedures set out in the Ratification Vote Guidelines and Procedures attached as Schedule 3 to this Agreement; (b) the Trust Agreement required by this Agreement must be executed by all the parties thereto, a Trust Account must be opened, and all information required by Canada to make the payment must be provided to Canada, including a direction to pay in a form acceptable to Canada; (c) signing of this Settlement Agreement by the Minister on behalf of Canada has been authorized by the Governor in Council; (d) signing of this Settlement Agreement by the Minister of First Nations and Métis Relations on behalf of Saskatchewan has been authorized by the Lieutenant Governor in Council; (e) funds for the payment of the Entitlement Monies have been approved for that purpose by Canada; (f) Canada must receive the Solicitor's Certificate from the First Nation's legal counsel, dated as of the date of signing of this Settlement Agreement by the First Nation, substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule 4, provided also that any deviation from said form is acceptable to both the Band and Canada; (g) Canada must receive the Financial Adviser's Certificate from the First Nation's financial adviser, dated as of the date of signing of this Settlement Agreement by the First Nation, substantially in the form attached as Schedule 5, provided also that any deviation from said form is acceptable to both the Band and Canada; (h) there must be delivery to Canada by the Band of that information provided for in Section 10.02.
