COMING INTO FORCE. TERM 3.1. The Contractshall comeintoforceoncethe Purchaserhasacknowledgedreceiptof the Order signed by the Supplier. The Supplier undertakes to return to the Purchaser, the acknowledgement of receipt of the Order within eight (8) calendar days of the receipt thereof whether by electronic means or otherwise. 3.2. Any start of performance of the Contract shall be construed as definitive acceptance of the terms and conditions of all the documents stated in Article 2. 3.3. Unless stated otherwise in the Contract, the date of coming into force thereof shall constitute thestartingpointfor theperformancetimebythe Supplierofitsobligations under the Contract. 3.4. The Contract shall expire when all of the obligations of each Party have been fully performed.
