Common use of Commencement and Completion of Offsite Improvements Clause in Contracts

Commencement and Completion of Offsite Improvements. Borrower shall commence construction of any offsite improvements required by any governmental authority to be performed by Borrower under any Project Entitlements in connection with the construction of the Improvements without delay after recordation of the Deed of Trust and shall complete construction of any such offsite improvements on or before the date required under the applicable Project Entitlements.
