COMMENCEMENT AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement is effective upon the date first written above. The obligations of each party set out in the preceding paragraphs above shall survive the termination of the Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, each party agrees that any agreement executed between them as a result of these discussions shall incorporate the confidentiality provisions contained herein, and this Agreement shall be deemed to continue in full force and effect during all terms of such subsequent agreement.
