COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. The Secretary of State shall (subject to the conditions referred to in Clause 7.1 [Conditions to Commencement] remaining satisfied) issue the Commencement Certificate no later than the later of:
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. It is hereby agreed among the parties to that certain Lease Agreement dated , 20 , for Suite 2800 in the building located at 000 XX Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx (the “Lease”) between New Relic, Inc. (“Tenant”), and 000 XX Xxx, LLC (“Landlord”) that :
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. At Landlord's request, Tenant shall confirm the Commencement Date and the Expiration Date by executing a lease commencement certificate in the form attached as EXHIBIT "B".
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. Within five (5) days after the Commencement Date, Landlord shall submit to Tenant a certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “E” to confirm the occurrence of the Commencement Date for the Premises. Tenant shall have the right to object to Exhibit “E” within thirty (30) days after Landlord delivers Exhibit “E” to Tenant, failing which Tenant shall be deemed to have agreed that all information contained in Exhibit “E” is correct. If Tenant objects to Exhibit “E” within said thirty (30) day period, Landlord and Tenant shall work together to resolve their differences, failing which the dispute may be submitted to arbitration pursuant to Section 17.29. Immediately upon resolution of such differences, Landlord and Tenant shall execute and deliver the corrected Exhibit “E”.
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. At the request of Landlord at any time after the Commencement Date has occurred, Tenant hereby agrees to execute a declaration in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (“Declaration”) as incorporated herein by reference. Tenant’s failure to execute the Declaration shall not affect the Commencement Date or the Lease Term, as same are determined by the terms of this Lease.
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. This Certificate dated November 15, 1994 is executed pursuant to Schedule No. ME-1 to the Master Lease Agreement dated November 15, 1994 between Comdisco Medical Equipment Group, Inc. ("Lessor") and Endocardial Solutions, Inc. ("Lessee"). All of the terms, conditions, representation and warranties of the Master Lease Agreement and Equipment Schedule No. ME-1 are incorporated herein and made a part hereof and this Commencement Certificate constitutes a Schedule for the Equipment described below.
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. General Housewares Corp. and Xxxx Distribution Company hereby sign this Commencement Certificate in compliance with Paragraph 11(a) of the Services Agreement between the parties applicable to the Plainfield, Indiana facility. The signatures on this Commencement Certificate constitute acknowledgment by General Housewares Corp. that Xxxx Distribution Company has given appropriate written notice that the Space called for under the Services Agreement dated October 6, 1997, has been cleared and is available for General Housewares Corp.'s occupancy. It is understood by the parties that the signatures on this Commencement Certificate constitute December 1, 1997 as the beginning of the term of the Services Agreement.
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. This Commencement Certificate is dated this 11 day of September, 2007, by and between Twin Spans Business Park, LLC (“Landlord”) and Five Below, Inc. (“Tenant”).
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. This Exhibit is attached to and made a part of the Lease dated June 30, 2011 by and between Merit Partners, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Landlord”) and Winnercomm, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”) for space in the Building located at 0000 X. 000xx Xxxx Xxxxxx. Xxxxx, XX 00000. THIS COMMENCEMENT AND EXPIRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between Winnercomm, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”) and Merit Partners, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Landlord”).
COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE. Within thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date, Tenant and Landlord shall execute and deliver a "Commencement Certificate" in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H. In the Commencement Certificate, Landlord and Tenant shall confirm the Commencement Date, the Expiration Date of the Term, the Rentable Area of the Building and the Fixed Rent.
