Commencement Confirmation Agreement. Following the Lease Commencement Date, within ten (10) days of request by Landlord, Tenant shall execute and deliver a Confirmation Agreement prepared by Landlord setting forth the exact Lease Commencement Date and Expiration Date in form similar to that shown on Exhibit G. Following delivery of each Phase, Tenant shall execute and deliver a Confirmation Agreement prepared by Landlord setting forth the exact date of delivery of such phase, any adjustment of square footage, any recalculations based on such adjustment, and such other matters related to the commencement of this Lease as may be requested.
