Commencement date 3. Subject to the approval by the Minister or determination by arbitration as herein provided of each and every of the detailed proposals and matters referred to in clause 6(1) the date upon which the last of those proposals of the Joint Venturers shall have been so approved or determined shall be the commencement date for the purposes of this agreement.
