Common use of Commencement Date and Term Clause in Contracts

Commencement Date and Term. This Agreement shall come into force on 01.12.20 and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until 26.02.21 when all Services have been completed and all Goods and / or Deliverables have been delivered to the British Council’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Specification) (the “Term”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in this Agreement, the British Council shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by serving not less than 5 days’ written notice on the Supplier.
