Commencement Delays Sample Clauses

The Commencement Delays clause defines the rules and procedures that apply when the start date of a project or contract is postponed. It typically outlines the circumstances under which delays are permitted, such as regulatory approvals or unforeseen site conditions, and may require one party to notify the other in writing if a delay occurs. This clause helps manage expectations and responsibilities by clarifying how delays are handled, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring both parties are aware of their obligations if the project cannot begin as originally scheduled.
