A participating agency may terminate its participation in this MOU at any time by providing written notice to the other participating agencies thirtythirty (30) days prior to its withdrawal. The withdrawal of a participating agency does not result in the termination of this MOU for the remaining participating agencies. Additionally, this MOU may be terminated by the mutual written agreement of a majority of the participating agencies.
