COMMENCEMENT/EXECUTION. This MOU is executed as of the date of the final signatory and expires 10 years from that date or at the conclusion of the post-delisting monitoring period for Xxxxxx’x checkerspot butterfly, whichever comes first, at which time it will be subject to review, renewal or expiration. The MOU may be updated, based on the outcome of management efforts and new information gained on the ecology or status of golden paintbrush and/or Xxxxxx’x checkerspot butterfly.
